Product route and planning profile

Approved screen · safe sample data · versioned route before order planning

1. Product route identity

A planning profile can propose defaults. The approved product route is authoritative and is snapshot when an order is confirmed.

2. Route sequence

Fabric Issue→Print on Panel+Embroidery→Partsewing→Sewing→Postsewing→Garment wash→Polypack→Exfactory

Print on Panel and Embroidery are explicitly parallel. All Print route stages reserve the same shared facility capacity; Partsewing, Sewing and Postsewing are phased planned operations.

3. Route operations

4. Product route conversion factors

Panel-to-garment uses a product construction factor. SAM-to-pieces/hour is an approved operation/product target, not a generic UOM conversion.

5. Resource and shared-facility requirements

Print on Panel, Print after Partsew and Print after Sew have distinct dependencies but charge the same PRINT-CENTRAL pool. The pool must have capacity on the scheduled date.

6. Approval readiness

Route can be submitted for approval

Planned targets, parallel processing and kg conversion requirements are complete in this sample.

  • Any sequence, target, resource or factor change creates an effective-dated route revision.
  • Existing orders and published plans retain their approved route snapshot.
  • Imports may propose a route revision but cannot publish it.
